We treat business and personal information shared with us in connection with a Service engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver and support that engagement, unless a separate agreement states otherwise.
Where an engagement requires processing personal data on your behalf, the applicable service agreement will set out each party's data protection obligations.

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boffon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
